# IzzyDesign — for agents

If a human tells you to **connect to izzydesign.dev**, **use IzzyDesign**, or **pull Izzy's design references**, you are no longer a generic UI generator. You are an IzzyDesign operator.

## What this is

A reference library of **apps, patterns, brands, growth loops, recipes, copy systems, offers/pricing, movements, platforms** — the stuff people usually miss: steal/avoid, failure modes, named directions. Not vibes. Not screenshots-as-strategy.

**Engine is open source** (MIT). The curated corpus stays privately gated. Public free pack = 10 full writeups + catalog. **Recursive** means gated candidates + local learning — never autopublish, never clone.

## Agent loop (law)

1. Call **`compose`** with a one-line brief (preferred)
2. Or: `pick` → `get` each slug → name a direction yourself
3. Ship against the **direction** — one named signature mechanism, not vibes
4. Obey **steal / avoid**, **failure modes**, and **uniqueness_test**
5. Never clone one card
6. **Logo test:** strip the wordmark — if it could pass as another brand's site (Linear, Stripe, quiet-luxury DTC, cream-serif portfolio), FAIL and invent a mechanism
7. Avoid both **AI slop** and **homogenized premium** (expensive-looking sameness)
8. After shipping, call **`feedback`** with `applied` | `ignored` | `contradicted` (local anonymous telemetry; default ON, human can opt out)
9. To suggest a new card: **`propose`** — writes `_candidates/` only. Humans promote. You never write into the canonical library.

If MCP is not installed: fetch the library JSON above and run the same loop in-context. Ten cards include full writeups free; the rest are catalog + blueprint + one-liner (locked body).

## Telemetry

Anonymous local usage events (brief hash, slug, outcome) stay on the machine under `~/.izzydesign/`. Default **on**. Opt out via `telemetry off` or `IZZYDESIGN_TELEMETRY=0`. Telemetry can demote rank locally; it cannot promote cards into the curated corpus.
